Turning Point is looking for a skilled and experienced IAPT practitioner as Clinical Lead for its new Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Service in Luton. This will be a flagship service which provides an integrated physical and emotional health service for clients.
This post will carry responsibility to provide clinical leadership for a large team to ensure national IAPT guidelines are adhered to in line with the national IAPT programme, targets are achieved and that the services meet the needs of individuals living in the area.

The IAPT service comprises of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs) and High Intensity Therapists including Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, Interpersonal Therapists and Counsellors For Depression. We are seeking to recruit a Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership across the service and ensure that high quality interventions are delivered to all clients. It is essential that the successful candidate holds BABCP accreditation (or equivalent).
