Excellent opportunity for a contract Project Manager to join RBI’s Corporate Solutions Group.

Project overview:

We require a contract Project Manager to join RBI’s Corporate Solutions Group to work on a program to shape our strategic marketing technology landscape. The project will entail working with business and technology stakeholders to agree the scope and priorities, and manage the resulting project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven history of successful experience with marketing technologies and digital program delivery, and be comfortable with both agile and waterfall methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong history of successful delivery and experience with supplier/product selection, and the integration and migration of solutions with the drive to keep the project on track whilst managing stakeholder needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:

Overall project and workstream management working within Corporate Solutions (CSG) in the realm of marketing automation and digital platformsLead a multidisciplinary team to deliver against an agreed project roadmapEnsure all standard PM controls and governance are established and maintained to protect scope, schedule and financial controls etc.Establish an engagement model to keep stakeholders informed and manage expectationsOversee supplier and vendor management, and manage associated risks and issuesWork with resource managers to meet deliverables according to the planAlthough most projects follow a waterfall approach, RBI seeks to build agility in delivery projects by using short-timescale iterations, hence agile principles are adopted where appropriateAlthough the PM function sits within the Technology team, the project team will span multiple teams across the business and central functionsAttributes:
