Founded in the Cathedral city of Lichfield in 1985, our client specialises in accommodation and travel management for the complex and ever-changing needs of the media industry. They are looking for someone of a graduate calibre that has experience working with multiple brands that can develop and drive campaigns across the various companies. The candidate will oversee campaigns which include but are not limited to: research, content creation, execution, monitoring, analysis and reporting. RESPONSIBILITIES • Build and execute strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking and audience identification • Analyze and report on the brand on a monthly basis highlighting areas of weakness to maximise successes and new opportunities • Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect our brand (Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc) • Stay current with trends and tools – this includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts • Continue to refine and define our marketing process • Work with teams to create a solid branding message that is reflected across Access Bookings’ marketing materials, social media content and shared by employees • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections • Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information MUST HAVES • Track record of building and managing marketing campaigns • Degree in marketing or other relevant qualifications • Technically savvy • Experience in creating viral campaigns • Able to handle yourself with senior level stakeholders and present strong cases for campaigns based on case studies • Highly literate; it is imperative that you can tell an engaging story and have the confidence to pitch your ideas • Strong attention to detail and an eye for grammar • A deep understanding of brand marketing • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability • Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Raven Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) • Experience or interest in film, TV and travel is preferable • Ability to work independently and in a team environment To be considered for this role, please apply today.
