Job Description: Are you a SharePoint developer looking for a permanent position? Core-Asset consulting's client a leading investment consultancy is seeking an experienced permanent Sharepoint developer to join their team and assist on the continued movement of applications to SharePoint. This is a great opportunity in an organisation that has a reputation for being on the technological forefront. This is a newly created role and there is a real opportunity to make the role their own as the organisation in question see's Sharepoint as a pivotal part of their business strategy going forward. Essential: Strong experience as SharePoint Developer Strong and extensive experience with some of the following:HTML5, CSS3 and Java Script libraries Experience of Microsoft Azure, Sharpoint, Webhook, Azure functions Experience of SQL Database 2012 and higher IT- related degree or equivalent work-related experience Excellent planning and organisational skills Excellent analytical skills Able to prioritise and manage projects, juggling conflicting demands in a pressurised environment Experience with Office365 or a strong desire to develop skills in this are Core Responsibilities: Providing technical thought leadership regarding development to ensure the client is making best use of our current Microsoft "productivity suite" and other integrated systems. Key to this is influencing the incremental migration to the cloud through Office365. Liaising with internal customers (Product Owners) to design and implement new solutions based on the platform provided by the Microsoft "productivity suite". Facilitating wider integration with key business applications including CRM Dynamics, Exchange and Active Directory. Acting as the lead on the development of the Microsoft "productivity suite" and working with the Business Applications Manager to prioritise work as an integrated member of the Business Applications team. Managing risks to ensure a reliable and controlled service delivery and compliance with ISO security requirements. Conducting research to identify opportunities to leverage new functionality within the Microsoft "productivity suite" released by Microsoft. Maintaining documentation and other technical artefacts including: test script creation, configuration and customisation documentation, data migration scripts, systems integration maps. Training and coaching the wider Business Applications team to ensure that technical knowledge relating to any custom development to the Microsoft "productivity suite" is distributed where it is needed to support the business.
