Howarth Morris are recruiting for an exciting, logistics business based out of impressive offices in the Warrington area. This Finance Administrator role would be reporting to the Credit Manager providing support to the wider finance team. This opportunity represents a platform for someone who is young, bright and dynamic to join a vibrant business with ambitious plans or the future.

Key Responsibilities

- Full remit of Sales Ledger
- Supplier Statement reconciliation
- Cash allocation
- Processing credit notes and sales invoices
- Process operational paperwork inc timesheets
- Invoice queries
- Update/Maintain all KPI's
- Ad-hoc duties
- Query resolution
- Liaise with Customer Service Teams
- Support business improvement projects as required

Candidate Requirements

- Working knowledge Sage 200
- Good range of general MS Office skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving, time management and team working skills
- Experience of working in a fast paced, high volume environment
