Notable recent projects include No 1 Court Wimbledon Roof, Bloomberg Place, Victoria Gate Leeds, City of Glasgow College, Birley Fields Campus Manchester Metropolitan University, Royal Albert Hall repair works, A19 and M74.

They are currently looking for a Principal Architect to join them in theirThis is an exciting role as the client are looking for someone who has aspirations of progressing to a Chief Architects role in the next few year. Therefor it would suit someone who is interesting in mentoring junior staff and building and developing a team.

Job Overview
A member of the Design Group team reporting to the Chief Architect.
You will be an experienced Architect with a Degree in Architecture and have obtained RIBA Part 3 and Registered Architect status.
You will be a motivated individual with a keen interest in Architecture and with an appreciation of and significant knowledge about the other disciplines of structural, civil and geotechnical engineering.
You will have some experience of the start of a project - proposal writing, fee development, project planning, deliverables lists, resource management and negotiation.
You will have excellent and diverse experience as a Project Architect leading the design and production process. You will become an integral part of and often lead the project team of architects, engineers and CAD technicians and technologists reviewing, assessing and producing design solutions and construction documentation for varying types of construction projects, typically from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, but occasionally from Stage 1.
You will endeavour to make a difference, challenge the status quo and ask questions, and driving the solution and the thorough production of design documentation efficiently and on time.

JOB SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE (desirable)
* Ability to effectively use Autodesk Revit and Autocad software
* Ability to effectively use Navisworks software
* Ability to effectively use Viewpoint For Projects or other Common Data Environment Software
* Use of Adobe Creative Suite and in particular, InDesign
* Use of project management software

QUALIFICATIONS (essential)
* Degree in Architecture to RIBA Part 3
* ARB Registration

QUALIFICATIONS (desirable)
* RIBA membership
* APS membership
