£18,844 - £22,169 per annum plus benefits depending on experience
Permanent, full time

The Nursing and Midwifery Council regulates nurses and midwives in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland setting standards of education, training, conduct and performance so that nurses and midwives can deliver high quality healthcare throughout their careers.

About the role
The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive support service to the Case Preparation and Presentation team, to assist with the case progression through the NMC lifestyle in line with the rules, operational standards and performance measures. You will be required to provide excellent standards of customer care to all internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Worked in a similar position previously
  • Strong administration skills
  • Understanding/experience of casework -desirable but not essential
  • Experience of working in a legal/regulatory environment - desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent Communication Skills - both in writing and verbally
  • High Quality Customer Service Skills
  • Able to deal with a high workload, conflicting deadlines and strong attention to detail.
  • Data inputting experience
