We are the largest landlord group in the North East, owning and managing almost 34,000 homes in an area spanning North Tyneside to York, with the majority of properties in the Tees Valley. We are seeking someone who shares our values to be responsible for the day to day operational IT issues relating to the network and mobile infrastructure. This includes working as the point of contact, responding to escalated calls from telephone, emails and self-service tickets from customers looking for technical assistance as well as providing second line network and mobile device support. You may be required to step into 1st line contact to cover staff absence.

The person

The right person for the role will be able to demonstrate the following:
*Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Qualification
*Thorough knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications
*Experience of providing a high standard of IT service delivery and customer service
*Experience of working in a helpdesk environment
