CRM Manager

My client is a leading global brand with an amazing in-house technology platform.

They need a CRM Marketing Manager to design and deliver omni-channel plans to build loyalty with their existing customers.

You will be responsible for driving the CRM strategy and activation, and you will have a proven background working in a multichannel environment where the role has been to maximise CRM channels.

  • System implementation - managing implementation of the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
  • Customer journey mapping - to work with business analysts and UX designers to map end-to-end customer journeys and conduct analysis across all touch points to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • CRM strategy - planning and delivering a CRM strategy that spans all channels and touchpoints that deliver incremental sales, acquire new customers and build loyalty with existing customers.
  • Segmentation and targeting - leading the implementation of segmentation models enabling the delivery of more targeted CRM campaigns.
  • Multi-channel delivery - working with the marketing team to ensure effective end-to-end operational delivery of CRM programmes and campaigns across email, SMS, push and web messaging.
  • Testing - working with the marketing team to develop testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to optimise performance.
  • Reporting - managing reporting to track engagement and other CRM KPI's.
  • Customer-centricity - playing a key role in ensuring communications are customer-centric and insight driven.

Experience & Skills
  • Strong of hands on background of the implementation and management of CRM systems like Salesforce, Braze (formerly App Boy), Hubspot, or Base.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills- especially copywriting skills.
  • You have at least two years of experience in a CRM marketing management role, in a mobile first environment.
  • You have a proven track record of building loyalty and retention programs within a B2C environment
  • You have an understanding of, and practical experience working with, SMS, web messaging, push and email.
  • You have strong communication, organisational and project implementation skills.
  • You are technically strong and analytical with a process driven mindset.
  • A gaming and betting background is a plus!
