IT Support/ 1st Line Support/ Service Desk Analyst

Do you want work for the current largest independent provider of IT and telecoms to businesses within the UK? My client is looking for an IT service desk analyst/ support engineer to provide support on technical issues to multiple customers.

You will be one of a number of like minded individuals working within a real team based environment in the office in Prudhoe, Newcastle and be offered a number of company benefits including pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and an additional day off for your birthday.

Are you someone who has IT service desk experience or has a real keen interest in an IT career? Do you have a good working knowledge of IT and have skills in customer service and telephone communication? Are you someone who is confident at developing rapport with clients?
