EnfieldYear 6 TeacherA 'Good' Church of England primary school in the Edmonton area of Enfield are seeking a Year 6 Teacher to start with them as soon as possible.
Location: Enfield, accessible via National Rail and Overground
Start date: ASAP - until July 2018, with permanent opportunity available
Qualification required: QTS or equivalent
Experience: Experience as an upper Key Stage 2 teacher essential (year 5 or 6). Overseas trained teachers with UK experience are welcome to apply
Salary: £26,139 - £36,906 or higher, dependent on experience
The headteacher is seeking someone who is an experienced upper Key Stage 2 teacher, and preferably with recent year 5 or 6 teaching experience, that can hit the ground running with preparing pupils for upcoming SATs examinations in May. The class are of mixed ability, and behaviour of pupils is very good. The school is graded 'Good' by Ofsted, and the Headteacher is proud of their welcoming and friendly school, where personalised learning and inclusion is at the centre of the school's Church of England ethos. Based in the Edmonton area, the school is just 10 minute walk from Ponder's End station.
