Application Support (Maximo)

3 months initially
Work patterns: Tuesday – Saturday -OR- Wednesday – Sunday

This Maximo Application Support Specialist (V. 7.6)
Tasks include but are not limited to the following:
Use Maximo software and architecture, Maximo 7.6 and above.
• Develop and maintain procedures and processes related to the installation of Maximo
• Assist in the deployment of Maximo as required
• Develop and maintain procedures and processes related to the support of Maximo-related hardware and software on land and on vessels
• Maintain, update or develop procedures and processes
• Liaise with partners and the Information Technology personnel
• Provide support for Maximo training databases and hardware
• Update and implement backup and restore procedures
• Perform day-to-day Oracle database and Maximo application administration
• Perform configuration management and analysis of hardware and software, using Microsoft Visual Source Safe (VSS) and Maximo when the Configuration Manager is not available
• Migration manager
• Understand the integration layer
