Shared Approach is looking to recruit a House Manager on a permanent, full time basis (35 hours per week).

As House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of a quality service to people living in a named house in our dispersed housing network, and manage a team of people to work in a person centred way in accordance with Shared Approach policies and procedures. Previous experience in a care setting is necessary and a knowledge of clinical health task and some previous management experience would be advantageous.
The successful candidate should have strong communication skills, have sound values, and be very well organised and have a full driving licence.
Salary: £19,000 to £25,000 annual salary, depending on qualifications and experience
(plus mobile phone and generous holiday entitlement)
