IT Customer Service Help Desk Coordinator - Permanent - Loughborough - £18k - £25k

You are a highly focused, reliable individual with an excellent grounding in computer skills. In this role you will deal with a high volume of calls from a uk wide user base. Problems can be anything from password reset, printer issues, connectivity etc. you will then either fix the issue directly or log and escalate. One week in 5 you will be expected to do an early shift and 6x per year you will also be on call however the reasonably high salary rewards you for this effort.

Your future employer is an extremely stable U.K business with an IT Department of roughly 100 people


  • Deal with a high volume of calls
  • Deal with IT issues
  • Escalate and log issues when necessary
  • Talking staff or through a series of actions, over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
  • Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time
  • This role is commutable from Loughborough, Leicester, Tamworth, Burton Upon Trent, Nuneaton
