A Video, UC support Engineer is required to join a global Tier1 service provider in their East London office

The Video, UC support Engineer will work within the service desk team to provideoperation support and provision services for customers to deliver our client's video conferencing product & services.

Key skills desired
  • SIP trunking experience
  • Polycom endpoint knowledge VSX7000, Cisco Telepresence
  • Strong hands on experience on carrier/service provider network with thorough knowledge of routing protocols & QoS


The main responsibilities for the Video, UC support Engineer will be to proactive/reactive fault management for VC/TP services, customer handling during the fault and ensuring subsequent updates in timely manner and vendor/OEM Support escalation and ticket handling.

You will require experience in supporting SIP trunking and protocols, knowledge of MPLS and also the Video conference experience.
