Fruition IT are partnering with a growing and successful business providing a range of products and services to the automotive industry. They are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst who will be a part of their busy service desk team and provide desktop support to thier large userbase.

How will you be spending your time?

You will ensure all incidents, requests, enquiries and problems are handled according to agreed procedure. Manage call queues on the call logging systemm and provide 1st line support using Active Directory, Group policy and other desktop support tools on Windows desktops whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Key skills and experience required
  • Previous Experience of working in a Service Desk environment.
  • Microsoft environment e.g. Windows 7, Office 2010, XP, Outlook.
  • Active Directory
  • Group Policy
  • Microsoft Office 2010/Office 365
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Requires excellent telephone techniques.
  • Used call logging information systems E.g. Service Now or Remedy
