MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that the quality of equipment and services is in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Company Standards and consistent with the requirements of fitness-for-purpose and economy.
  • Assist the Asset Team Leader in the management of QAQC processes throughout all aspects of the operations

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

General Operational Support

  • Provide input and support to Operational Personnel during Daily Drilling Meetings, HAZID & HAZOP studies
  • Record, track and follow up on operational & equipment failures
  • Provide input into the Company HSE reporting systems
  • Provide input to statistical analysis & reporting of Quality data

Vendor Performance monitoring

  • Initiate, progress, follow up of performance failure investigations with Vendor’s & Service Providers
  • Present investigation findings to WCM Operations & Engineers to facilitate close out
  • Coordinate, schedule and facilitate Supplier Quality Meetings (SQM)
  • Scheduling, facilitating, leading and following up Company Compliance & Management System Audits of Vendor & Service Providers

Company Inspection & Assurance process

  • Provide coordination, disposition & resolution where required in response to any asset specific inspection requirements, findings or non conformances associated to WCM’s 3rd party inspection process
  • Review and approval of Vendor & Service Providers Quality Assurance and Inspection & Test Plans
  • Review, verification and processing of Vendor & Service Provider Technical Queries, Concessions & Derogations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Verification Body activities during the provision of equipment and services

Provision of Equipment & Services

  • Provide specification and certification input into Company Material master data
  • Provide QA input and assistance to Contracts, Purchasing & Materials during provision of equipment
  • Provide QA input and assistance to WCM personnel during provision of services and temporary equipment

Technical support

  • Facilitate, coordinate, verify and approve Equipment Specification Requirements (ESR) for equipment defined as a Safety Critical Element (SCE)
  • Provide QA input and support during Quotation, Tender, Contract or Order Meetings with Vendors & Service Providers
  • Provide input and guidance into Work Programs and Well as built records as part of the Handover and sign off process
  • Provide support & advice to WCM personnel on matters relating to Qualification & testing requirements and where identified provide input to & coordinate qualification programmes

System Management

  • Implementation of Internal and external Asset Specific Procedures / Work Instructions
  • Facilitate QA training & presentations for both internal & external parties
  • Assist with implementation and execution of Internal Audit programs for WCM Management activities
