IT Support Analyst - central London - up to £30,500

The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a professional organisation based in central London, to assist them in their search for a driven IT Support Analyst with excellent communication skills, proven IT support skills and a passion to learn new technologies.

The successful hire will work within a team of four and report to the Head of IT whilst striving to provide user support within a Windows and Microsoft Office environment.

In addition, your daily duties will include:

-Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
-Providing day to day network admin support
-Supporting users via the help desk and desk side
-Maintaining the audio visual for the organisation

To be considered for this position, you will have experience with basic networking protocols and network services including; DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP, a mixture of hardware, software, networking and peripheries.
Any experience with Cisco, SQL or Oracle would be particularly advantageous but not essential. Any experience backing up and restoring data would also be useful but again, not essential.

The starting salary for this role is up to £30,500 and a fantastic 36 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), health insurance, season ticket loan and additional benefits.
