Location: West Sussex - Haywards Heath
Type: Contract
Duration: 3 months
Rate: £14 per hour (Umbrella)

1st Line Support technician required on an initial 3 months to join a small IT team to provide support to internal users across the UK.

You will work on the Service Desk as one the main points of contact for logging and managing incidents. Also working as part of the team to undertake a wide range of tasks across IT.

Essential Skills/Knowledge
- Microsoft Operating Systems
- Windows Server 2008 R2 and 2012
- Experience in First Line Support enviroment
- Good IT hardware knowledge
- Strong communication skills
