My Client are a prestigious Private Bank based in Mayfair are looking for a 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer that is customer focused and a natural problem solver.

Key responsibilities will include Providing support to the Trade Floor, VIP's and senior Management

In return you will receive full training on Market Apps (Bloomberg and Reuters)

Skills Needed:

  • Windows Server 2012
  • SCCM
  • Exchange Mailbox Administration
  • Office 2016
  • Active Directory / Group Policy
  • Excellent communication skills written & verbal
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot pro actively
  • Experience of Mobile/PDA support ie IPhones, including device configuration, connectivity, device user training
