A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Care officer/ administrator to join a fun, but hard-working team. The ideal candidate would have experience at dealing with disputes within the educational sector.

You will be responsible for:
*Answering a high level of customer enquiries and complaints in a responsive, sensitive, calm and professional manner.
*Logging complains and following the internal complaints process, through to completion
*Dealing with requests for cancellation "out of time" and where agreement is cancelled, follow case to resolution and return of materials.
*Dealing with enquiries that relate to programme, contractual issues and material requests.
*Communicating with course tutors and administration staff.
*Fact checking letters to customers and authorise third parties.
*Updating the CRM system and keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence.
*Liaising with schools.

Requirements for the role:
*Strong computer knowledge and the ability to use CRM, Word, Excel and Gmail
*Calm and positive manner
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to dealing with disputes
*Flexible, loyal, hardworking and the ability to multi-task
*Attention to detail
*Good organisational skills
*Sensitivity to security and confidential information
*Ideally some experience within education
Hours: 10.30 - 7pm
