Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing software solutions company based near Wolverhampton. Our client provides publishing workflow and delivery systems to the design, marketing and publishing sector.

The Role
The successful candidate will be part of a support team of 3 and will overlook 500 users. You will take inbound calls from customers with technical issues whilst providing a high level of customer service for all support queries including ownership, feedback, allocation and follow up. You will ensure all calls and tickets are raised with detailed information of user issues and accurately note them on the support Ticket Management system.

You will Investigate and diagnose product faults and problems, this will include testing systems locally and re-producing the problem along with escalating any complex incidents to the development team whilst providing accurate and detailed bug reporting. Installation, configuration on both Windows and Mac based desktop operating systems along with testing new releases of products including producing and managing any problems with the release.

Technical Skills Required
  • Previous 1st/2nd line support experience
  • A good technical understanding of computers, networks and communication systems
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience working with platforms; Desktop (OSX, Windows) Web, Mobile & Tablet (IOS, Android)
  • Creative and analytical approach to problem solving
