German & English Speaking - 1st Line Service Desk Analyst - PCs/Windows/Mac/Mobile/Microsoft

A leading media company are on the lookout for a German & English Speaking 1st Line Helpdesk Support, with some experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills.

Key skills -

  • PCs/Windows/Microsoft
  • Helpdesk experience (answering phones/ticket logging)
  • Excellent communcation skills
  • At least 2 years commercial experience supporting large user bases
  • Experience supporting W7 and Mac OSX environments
  • Remote Desktop Support
  • Mobile Device support
  • Experience using ITSM systems (ServiceNow - Desirable)
  • Active Directory
  • Corporate Messaging - Outlook/Exchange
  • Networking (TCP/IP - DHCP - DNS - VPN)
  • File Backup/Restore
  • Drive Encryption
