Are you a bright college leaver or IT graduate looking to pursue a career in IT support? We have an excellent opportunity with a leading MSP for a entry level service desk analyst looking to build on their experience.

Ideally you will have some commercial IT support experience and will have worked on an IT Service Desk, however, consideration will also be given to individuals with theoretic knowledge from MCSE qualification or an IT degree looking to embark on a technical career.
Your role will be to provide 1st support across all technologies of the managed service portfolio and ensuring SLA's are adhered to. You will support the stable operation of Infrastructure and Applications.
You will be interrogating the Service Desk ticketing system throughout the day to provide effective responses and resolutions to queries or issues, ensuring that raised tickets are responded to within SLA timescales.
You will be responding to calls or e-mails on the service desk, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements for fault resolutions and service requests completions.
