Java Developers x 2 . Our client based in Bristol at junction of M4 and M5 at Aztec West. is a busy Financial software house seeking experienced Java Developers working with multiple products, solutions and clients, alongside other development teams on clients products.
If you’re from a XP/Kanban/ ScrumBan background from an Agile perspective or have a Python, Ruby skillset or practice pair programming, TDD , Mob programming / Hackathons they would d like to hear from you. BDD , Angular and NoSQL are other areas of interest to the Lead Software Engineer who is an inspirational influence .
You might come from a start-up, machine learning /AI business or banking / financial services or a household name , the important thing is you are forward looking and enthusiastic and looking to develop and build new skills and influence this in the business
As well as solid java experience they look for in addition a real specialisation or excellence in one of these 4 areas , coaching ( they have a team of younger grad developers that need some leading) , agile practices and methodologies , deep technical java ? or architecture & design ....
This role could also be of interest if you live in London , Birmingham or Reading and are looking to relocate to the South West .
