Deskside Support Analyst - Professional Services

The Role
As a Deskside Support Analyst you will liaise with the core IT team based in Slovakia to deliver impeccable IT Support and customer service to the London office.


Working as a sole Deskside Service Desk Analyst in the London office, this is an apportunity to put your stamp on this brand new role building strong relationships with users at all levels and having a direct impact on the IT Support function. Report directly to the IT Infrastructure Manager
based in Slovakia; you will work with a variety of systems and hardware to assist in BAU and project based work.


The Firm
A dynamic and rapidly expanding Property Development Firm, working on a number of high profile developments in the City.
They are scheduled to move into a ‘no expense spared’, fully interactive office next year and are investing in a complete IT refresh with the newest technology.


You
To be successful in this role you will have the following experience and skills;

- Ability to work autonomously, with limited supervision.
- Someone who uses their initiative and thinks methodically, prioritising issues when needed.
- Exemplary customer service skills.
- Floorwalk around the building in order to work pro actively to uncover issues before being escalated.
- The ability to take ownership of the London support function

This is an opportunity to develop your skills as a deskside service desk analyst, but also a a chance to develop in other areas, adopting a proactive stance on support.
