Spring Technology are now recruiting for an awarding winning organisation to recruit a 1st line support advisor, with excellent experience working within Technical Support, 1st line support or strong Customer Service experience with an interest in IT.

The Role

You'll be delivering a high level of customer service, assisting with a wide range of enquiries regarding the company's products and services.

The Responsibilities
- Developing a thorough understanding of cutting edge market leading telecoms products
- Assisting customers with a wide range of enquiries regarding their accounts
- Administrating customer account details using a range of IT systems
- Responding to online customer enquiries
- Working process flows and diagnosing issues to resolve customer problems

The Requirements
- Strong experience within a technical support / help desk environment
- Possess excellent communication skills and rapport building skills over the phone
- Exceptional customer service skills required
- Have a focused attitude and experience of technical assistance
- Excellent experience within a B2B environment OR strong experience within a technology focused consumer environment
