Out of Hours Receptionist
You will be working in a fast paced environment, so the ability to process information quickly in a calm and controlled manner at all times is essential.
The ideal candidate must be adaptable and well presented with a friendly disposition and communication skills. Duties will include welcoming all visitors / staff, maintaining security procedures and effective use of the hospital switchboard. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Candidates shortlisted for interview will be expected to carry out a competency test as part of the interview process.
You must be available to work according to the agreed rota to cover Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Based on the current shift pattern you would work a long shift 1 week in 3 on a Saturday (7:30 – 20:30) and work either an early or late shift 2 weeks in 3 on a Sunday (6.5hours). The earliest start time is 7.30 am and the latest finish time is 8.30pm.
Salary is £9.18 per hour basic. Minimum age 18.
