We are recruiting for one of the UK’s bestselling ladieswear brands with new lines added to their collection every week.

With a strong presence in both the UK and internationally, we are looking to help our client build upon their continued success and to seize new opportunities for growth.

We are therefore looking to expand their Sales department in the Manchester office and are recruiting for a Sales Manager. Reporting to the Director, duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Accountable for the management of all sales operation for the UK and international markets
  • Develop and refine business plan and strategy for maximizing potential
  • Set profit and revenue targets and develop plans to exploit accordingly
  • Identify and follow through with new business opportunities to increase market presence
  • Develop and lead a team of sales personnel
  • Attend range reviews with design team to improve range through customer feedback
  • Manage and attend trade shows

The person:

  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with the ability to visualise opportunities for growth and the steps required to get there
  • Proven experience of developing sales within a fashion organisation
  • Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate a team to gain results
  • Takes a 'hands on’ approach to work and is active within their role
  • Proficient IT skills
