Digital Project Manager - up to £60k - Kent

A Digital Project Manager is required to deliver a new CMS / Personalisation technology platform, to replace the current legacy environment, & manage the transition, & migration activity, to an enterprise class, market leading solution.



The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for:
  • Scope, manage, schedule and control all project and resource activities, applying technical, and managerial skills to satisfy project requirements


  • Manage project resource plans, ensuring that adequate project/team resources have been requested and confirmed


  • Organise and drive daily internal project scrum meetings, project reviews and sign-off meetings as required


  • Deliver accurate and timely reports that are easy to interpret and understand, covering progress to date, & forecast delivery timelines


  • Ensure that key business milestones are adhered to, & that work is ready for reviews based on agreed schedules


  • Proactively manage risks, & issues, & associated mitigations


  • Responsibility for project delivery budget tracking, ensuring that cost monitoring is within agreed tolerances, or escalated to the Steering Group for approval


To be considered you must demonstrate:
  • Previous experience of delivering CMS platforms, such as Episerver, Sitecore, Acquia etc


  • Experience of implementing online personalisation use-cases, & customer journeys


  • Involvement within early stage product development - the Discovery, Design, Shaping, & Scoping phases of an initiative - & subsequent implementation


  • Ability to work in an agile environment, showing great stakeholder management skills when working with both local and remote stakeholders, & the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change in priorities
