Our client in Felixstowe are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their team.

Duties include:

*Processing supplier invoices for the Accounts team
*Management of all invoice queries for the branch
*Opening and distributing daily post
*Management of banking and payments
*Management of petty cash
*Order and replenishing stationary supply for the office
*Management of franking machine payments and processing
*General filing
*Support with movement of files to long-term storage

Hours:

35 hour week
M-F 9am - 5pm
1 hour lunch
Free Parking

Required skills:

*Confident and outgoing telephone manner
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
*Attention to detail
*Good communication at all levels
*Organisational skills
