You will be working for a leading global insurer, either within their Leeds or Manchester offices depending on your location.
Your new role
Working as the Claims Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for driving the claims performance standards of the Insurer's Third Party Administrators and Claims Service Providers. This will include developing strong working relationships with their core TPAs and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, control claims cost and expense. Some travel to London and Europe will be involved.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this job, you will need a strong claims background and understanding of both Commercial and Personal insurance lines. Experience of working with TBA's and Vendor management is vital. Experience running tender selection processes & contractual negotiation would be highly advantageous.You will also be ACII qualified or equivalent.
