Permanent Telesales Executive
A distribution company located in Surrey is looking for a full time Telesales Executive. This role combines aspects of sales and customer service. The key responsibilities of this role are growing and developing new and existing accounts against targets, working within a team to achieve these.
You will also be dealing with all customer issues, and queries-providing service information promptly and efficiently while ensuring appropriate follow up. Maintaining excellent working relationships is a necessity to ensure high levels of customer service are achieved.
The ideal candidate will have:
A high attention to detail and methodical approach to work
Grow and develop new and lapsed accounts within defined portfolio against targets working with other sales staff to achieve maximum potential.
Study reports, complete gap analysis on customer accounts, and constantly review customer trends with a view to identifying ways to increase sales and margin such as product switches to own brand, special offers etc.
The ability to establish and maintain working relationships with others; while also sharing information and resources within their team
A genuine interest in customer service and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction; exceeding customer requirements
Have a flexible and effective manner of working
Understanding of Sage, X3 and is computer literate and numerate.
