IT Service Desk Manager - Newport - £28-32K

The successful candidate will need to have a good business focused approach, as well as an understanding of managing IT Support Teams. The role will need somebody who is used to working in a fast moving environment, being very proactive and enjoys being technically hand-on. Experience using Telecoms and Microsoft technologies will be key to success. There is also an element of managing 3rd party suppliers and the procurement process.

Essential Skills:

Experience managing an IT Support Team

Knowledge of ITIL processes

Experienced with Microsoft technologies

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Proactive, flexible approach to support

Desirable Skills:



Telecoms experience
