We are looking to recruit experienced and talented Change Leaders to help deliver our exciting and expanding portfolio. A key component of that is the delivery of our 'IT Strategy’ which is a key strategic enabler of business growth and critical for ensuring our IT infrastructure is robust, resilient & up to date. Shaping, planning and mobilising for successful delivery are critical so we can deliver the right outcome at the right time for the right price.

We are seeking a Head of IT Delivery to drive and oversee the delivery of the IT programmes / projects within the Group’s IT Strategy (and other key IT initiatives as appropriate). Bolstering the technical capability within Change is a core component of our target operating model. This senior role is a great opportunity to be part of a team with big plans to drive and manage effective change to help us build a better bank.

To be considered you’ll be a strong, engaging leader with significant experience (10+ years) of managing a number of large scale, Group-wide programmes / projects - with particular experience in delivering IT transformational change. You’ll possess strong technical and business acumen with a good understanding of commercial challenges and managing the customer. Working with senior stakeholders and external partners is a key part of the role, so natural gravitas and excellent communication skills are essential with the ability to make the complex simple!

As well as a broad technical knowledge a good understanding of MSP, Prince2, Agile project methodologies and Six Sigma skills would be advantageous. It’s also great if you have knowledge of financial services but it’s not essential so we’d still love to hear from you.
