Your future duties and responsibilities:

As the PMO Delivery Lead you will be working closely with the Delivery Director and senior management team to assist in delivering the programme, the objective being to make the PMO Delivery a pro-active function.

You will have overall responsibility for all aspects of requirements management (change, estimates, future resource plans), resourcing (allocation, overtime/weekend working, trackers), Governance (account level planning, gate reviews, milestone tracker, RAID, action log), reporting (KPI, issues) and other PMO duties as required (deputise for Senior PMO Manager as required, manage deliverables, schedule management).

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

To be successful you will have demonstrable PMO Delivery Lead experience (or similar) reflecting the roles and responsibilities outlined above, with core strengths in requirements management, resourcing, governance and reporting.

Due to the challenging nature of the programme it’s imperative you are adept at building relationships at senior levels quickly, exceptionally efficient, good at prioritisation of multiple workloads, self-motivated and offers a high-level of proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, Project).
