Our client, a world-renowned education and technology provider, is currently seeking a Learning Solutions Marketing Manager to join their dynamic Marketing team, to create brand strategy, promotions and messaging for their enterprise, learning solutions products, platforms and services.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Marketing, the post holder will support Learning Consultants and Learning Partnership Managers to drive direct to institution sales and trials and will work closely with Strategic Marketing and Digital Solutions teams to raise brand awareness, generate and qualify leads, and help drive digital adoptions, activations, and usage. The main responsibilities include:

  • Targeting faculty, senior management and student services in marketing
  • Promoting to HE and vocational institutions across Europe, Middle East, and Africa
  • Ensuring solutions and platform strategies and communications adhere to brand standards
  • Driving marketing for new digital offerings and platforms as they emerge
  • Remaining up to date with current trends and changes in HE and vocational markets
  • Leading promotional tactics, including managing conference schedules and attendance at key events
  • Demonstrating key features/benefits of learning solutions according to core customer needs
  • Segmenting customer base to market and positioning digital learning solutions by segment
  • Gaining detailed knowledge of competitor digital platforms and position solutions accordingly

The ideal candidate will have significant marketing and/or sales experience working in B2B technology, SAAS or in publishing, and solid experience working with Sales teams to provide knowledge and support in the sales process. You will have an understanding of sales drivers, product positioning, presentation skills and copy-writing. You will be a focused and collaborative individual, committed to supporting and helping customers and stakeholders, striving for top quality in work produced and with a keen interest in education and student outcomes. Excellent communication skills are essential.
