Corporate Financial Adviser - EB Consultant
A national financial planning business is currently seeking to recruit for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join their established team.
Their current requirement is for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join the business to take over the existing corporate schemes which have been left behind by an Adviser who is leaving the business after several years. You will also be tasked with developing new Corporate client relationships and advising on Private Client matters, typically with company Directors.
As an Employee Benefits Consultant you will be responsible for the retention and income growth of a portfolio of existing accounts and for the generation of new income through new business acquisition. Day to day preparation of the advice and administrative services will not be expected but taking ownership for the delivery and quality of that work to the client in a timely and professional manner will be.
To be considered for the Employee Benefits Consultant vacancy you will need in depth industry knowledge of the benefit's market gained from previous roles in the industry, along with sound Employee Benefits product knowledge covering Group Risk, Healthcare, Flex and Pensions. A proven track record in account development and securing / building new client relationships is essential. Candidates must be Diploma Qualified and have a proven track record.
