We’re big, we’re commercially strong, we have a turnover of over £300m and assets valued in the open market in excess of £3.5b. You’ll be working for Chris, our Lead Asset Manager (Workplace and Commercial Property) who is a Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience in commercial property. Chris has been leading our plan to deliver great places for our colleagues to work and is about to commence a strategic review of our commercial portfolio.

Alongside Chris and our Assistant Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the management of our diverse commercial portfolio of land and buildings, including all aspects of the property cycle; lettings/disposals, rent reviews, lease renewals and advising our Development team on commercial elements within new developments.

You’ll also be involved in office acquisitions and disposals, working alongside interior designers, building surveyors and other professionals to oversee refurbishment projects and deal with rent reviews and lease renewals as and when they arise.

So if you want to do awesome things in a brilliant team… join us at Home Group.
