Workday Compensation Specialist - Contract - Remote based
Workday Compensation Specialist (HCM, compensation, HRIS, HR Systems, ERP) - 6 month contract - 100% Remote based - Rate negotiable
An exciting project has arisen with a global company who are looking for someone to join their team. My client is seeking someone who is a specialist within the Workday Compensation module ensuring the company is getting the best out of it! This is a fantastic opportunity to influence the system usage of a global company and how their Workday Compensation module operates.
The successful candidate will have:
- 4+ years' experience within Workday Compensation
- Someone that has the ability to challenge and questions the way the client currently uses the Compensation module
- Has previously been involved with salary bonus and review cycles from Workday
This is an immediate requirement and one which my client looks to fill at short notice. Candidates who are available on short notice for interview will therefore be given preference.
