Description

This Payroll & Finance Assistant role will manage the following;

*Bank Reconciliations

*Purchase Ledger - Matching, Batching and Coding of 200 invoices per week

*BACS payment runs

*Sales Ledger and Credit Control

*Supporting month end with, Journals, Bank Reconciliations and Accruals and Pre Payments

*Payroll, Weekly and Monthly

Profile

We are looking for an experienced payroll officer with the following:

*Full end to end payroll processing knowledge

*Strong attention to detail

*High standard of work

*Excellent systems knowledge inclusive of Excel and Sage

*Be available immediately or at short notice
