Our client is a successful Financial Services business based in Shoreham and they are now looking to expand their support division due to expansion and success

Key responsibilities

Providing pre and post sales administration support for team of Wealth Managers/IFA's for the company’s personal clients, working with the teams on delivery of exceptional service to clients.

  • Process client new business and general client administration as required
  • Maintenance of client and portfolio records on the main investment platform and back office system
  • Preparation of client files for reviews
  • Preparation of necessary paperwork and application forms for client meetings
  • Liaise with product providers on case progress
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering the telephone
