Customer Service - Funky Company
Our client is a small and funky design company who sell high end graphics. They help their clients to be creative and stand out through their marketing by helping them to find quality design resources such as fonts, graphics, textures, patterns, templates and more. They are able to provide heavily reduced price structures in order to give their clients the opportunity to brand well at a reasonable cost - particularly helpful in the early stages of a business. They regularly promote and have flash sales, which drive the business and drives the enquiries - creating volume and business.
They are expanding the Customer Service team and are currently looking for a bright, enthusiastic customer focused individual who has a background in supporting clients through email and telephone support.
Through the support team customers will send in enquiries and the customer service person will look at the support raised and deal with it efficiently with a totally client centric approach.
The role can be hectic as they promise to and always deliver on a 24 hour response - all queries are responded to within 24 hours. Will be using pintrest, twitter, Instagram, facebook etc
The successful person will:
- Have a background in dealing with client queries by phone and by email
- Be able to work in an often hectic environment
- Have excellent social media skills
- Be client centric - always putting the customer first
Our client is based in the heart of Addlestone. The culture here is fun and funky. If this appeals to you then please get in touch as soon as possible. Hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday. They are looking for someone to join them before 26th February.
