My client, a dynamic manufacturing company based in Horsham is seeking an IT Support Engineer to assist the IT Manager in predominantly 1st-2nd Line desktop / active directory support for an initial 6 month period.

You will be responsible for supporting around 100 internal users. This is a customer facing role so the majority of your work will be providing 1st/2nd line desktop support face to face but also remotely via email and phone.

The standard working hours are 9am to 5pm but candidates would be expected to assist outside of these hours if extremely busy.

It is essential the individual has:

Windows 10
Active Directory
Windows Sever 2008 onwards
Office 365 and Office 2016

Desirable skills include:

SQL, SharePoint, Project Server

You must also be personable, approachable, flexible and be able to relate well to staff with varying degrees of IT prowess.
