An established law firm are looking for an experienced Administrator to provide secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within their property and conveyancing department.
- Take phone calls on behalf of the fee earner.
- Prepare high quality documentation covering letters, presentations and reports as required.
- Undertake audio typing as required.
- Complete administrative functions such as document scanning, photocopying and faxing.
- Open, sort and prioritise incoming post.
The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, be highly organised, mature in their approach and someone who can cope with a high-volume workload. A legal background would be an advantage. Good IT skills are essential.
