Due to continued success and growth my client has a super opportunity for an additional Billing Administrator to join their team.

To be considered you will have previous experience of working within a billing administration role in a customer facing environment.


Manage customer billing enquiries in line with company KPI's.Identify errors and rectify issues diplomatically to ensure effective customer satisfaction.Carry out relevant reconciliations to ensure complete and accurate billing.Analyse issues, identify causes and implement robust resolutions.Negotiate acceptable outcomes with the customer.Produce MI reports using advanced Excel techniques and pivot tables.To qualify for this role, you will have:

At least one year's previous experience within a billing administration role.Desire and passion to provide an excellent customer experience.Computer literate to advanced level (Microsoft Office and the Internet).A keen eye for detail.Interest in working in an IT environment.This role offers excellent opportunities for development and expansion as the business continues to grow with study support available.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Fareham.

Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.30pm

Salary: £16K to £22K
