Band 8 Service Manager - West Llondon
Are you a Band 8 Service Manager looking for a full time locum position based In West London ? I currently require a band 8 requirement for a CAHMS service manager. The post holder will develop, implement and provide strategic and operational management and a coherent and standardised approach to the management of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service across the Local Services CSU catchment area, including Brent Tier 2 CAMHS.
The post holder will support the CAMHS Clinical Director to ensure that all relevant service management issues relating to the CAMH Service are managed effectively and efficiently and that the business of the CAMH Service is delivered safely, to the highest standard and within the allocated CAMHS budget this includes the oversight and support to the CAMHS clinical governance structures. They will work in conjunction with the CSU Business, Finance and HR Business Partners, as well as other CSU corporate services, and will have overall accountability for providing the operational leadership and direction.
The post holder will have a pivotal and crucial role in the overall service management of WLMHT Tier 2 staff input into the inter-agency teams, so that there is a coherent and standardised organisational approach that meets local stakeholder needs. This will include all aspects of managing the contract, recruiting staff, developing and making partnership bids, project management of new initiatives, contract mobilisation, and maintaining strong and effective partnership relationships.
They will be accountable for managing the overall Tier 2 service element of the integrated multi-agency teams, and will establish effective operational frameworks with their colleagues in the other agencies.
