My client based in Birmingham city centre are looking for a sales ledger clerk on a temporary to permanent basis to join their exciting organisation. They are a property company and are experiencing rapid growth so they need an experienced sales ledger clerk to join their finance office.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Producing invoices
- Credit control
- Allocating payments
- Chasing remittances
- Bank and statement reconciliations
- Landlord payments
- Receipting monies
- Dealing with queries

Experience within a property company is desirable but not essential.

The client is looking to pay up to £22k. The hours of work are 9-5.30 with 30 mins for lunch. The role is likely to go permanent for the right candidate.
