Time Appointments are currently recruiting for an established IT support company who are looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Supporter. The ideal candidate will have at least a year’s post qualified experience in a support role and be keen to further develop their skills and establish themselves within a fantastic environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers
  • Solve IT related problems that are submitted and delegate any issues that would require a more experienced member of staff
  • Continually learn and develop their skills
  • Issue IT support to customers

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a role that allows them the hands on approach to develop their skills and progress through the company.
