The Deputy Nurse Manager position is with their specialist palliative care and complex continuing health care nursing home in Pimlico. The unit was specifically commissioned under Westminster City's specialist care services for older persons. This particular service provides palliative care for up to 40 residents and often have a high number of admissions throughout the week. This is a busy environment and the home are in need of an experienced and resilient nurse to join their team.

Role Requirements As A Deputy Nurse Manager

  • Are a registered nurse RMN/RGN with a valid NMC pin
  • Have previous experience in working within elderly care
  • Previous management experience within a mental health environment
  • Prefered nursing home experience
  • Be able to complete and pass a DBS check
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
